With a capacity for 15 guests or more, thanks to its extra sofa beds, it offers attractive spaces on the ground floor, perfect for large groups.
The rest of the house is divided into self-contained flats, guaranteeing both independence and comfort for all.

The old yachting club-style lounge, with its pool table and escape game
The living room has been carefully renovated to preserve all its authenticity, with particular attention paid to historic details. The original wood panelling, drapes and hardwood flooring create a cozy and elegant atmosphere, reminiscent of the charm of yachting days gone by.
In this space, you can make the most of an american pool table for some friendly moments, as well as an escape game designed to entertain young people and adults alike. A library is available for reading enthusiasts, along with a range of board games for lively evenings spent with family and friends. A television is also available.
On long winter evenings, the wood burner provides a gentle warmth that invites you to gather around the fire, making this space even more welcoming and ideal for bonding moments.
A bright veranda for pleasant meals with a sea view
The veranda, a natural extension of the house, has been designed to offer a harmonious opening on the garden and the sea. When the weather is pleasant and temperatures allow it, it can be fully opened, creating a natural continuity between the veranda and the terrace.
Thanks to its large windows, the veranda is bathed in light throughout the day.

Entièrement rénovée, la cuisine attenante à la véranda allie charme d’antan et modernité : l’ancienne cheminée, où mijotaient autrefois les marmites, a été repensée pour s’adapter à une disposition plus fonctionnelle.
L’ambiance et les ustensiles d ‘époque y sont soigneusement préservées, offrant un cadre authentique pour cuisiner en grande quantité pour une vingtaine de convives

Outdoor terraces
To fully enjoy the surroundings, Ty Kabiten offers two outdoor terraces
The first, located in the extension of the veranda, overlooks the garden and offers a magnificent view of the Gulf of Morbihan.
La seconde, plus intime, se trouve en bordure du verger. Sur cette terrasse, vous trouverez un grand barbecue en granit, un bar amovible idéal pour vos apéritifs, ainsi que des sanitaires équipés de douches extérieures et de toilettes, parfaits pour les retours de plage. Grâce à un éclairage soigné, cette terrasse est également utilisable en soirée, pour prolonger les moments de retrouvailles.
A large garden with direct access to the coastal path
The Ty Kabiten garden, fully fenced and extending over more than 2000 m², is a real haven of play and relaxation for all. It is a space where everyone can find their corner of paradise, whether to relax or have fun.

Sports enthusiasts can enjoy the volleyball-badminton court, while the younger ones can enjoy the swing specially designed for them.
The garden also offers direct access to the coastal path and a small beach, enjoyable at high tide. From this beach, it is possible to go on an adventure by kayak or paddle to explore the surroundings and enjoy a unique nautical experience.
This vast outdoor space is therefore as much a place of relaxation as a leisure area, where the surrounding nature blends with activities.
