Our "Gite" in the Gulf of Morbihan is perfectly suited to organise small and medium-sized events and seminars.
With a terrace overlooking the sea, common areas,, a big garden and accommodation capacity for 15 people, Ty Kabiten offers an exceptional setting for outdoor receptions or meeting in a peaceful environment.

We discovered Ty Kabiten and Locmariaquer last June for my 30th birthday (about 35 people) while renting the whole house. We were all charmed by the peacefulness, friendliness and beauty of the place.

The exceptional setting

The living areas
- The living rooms on the ground floor!
- 40m2 living room
- 30m2 veranda, which can open along its entire length, giving direct access to the 30m2 terrace, i.e. a space of 60m2 with the bay windows open
- The grandmother's kitchen, designed and equipped to cook for around twenty people
The Terrace Bar/Barbecue
- A 35m2 terrace
- Removable bar for aperitifs, buffets, receptions, etc.
- A large granite barbecue with a water point
- An outdoor toilet
The garden
- 2200m2
- Fully enclosed and secure
- Accessible via the side gate, allowing the passage of food trucks / vehicles / trailers
- Direct access to the coastal path from the bottom of the garden.
- Play area with swing and volleyball/badminton court
- Outdoor toilet and shower
The sleeping arrangements
Maximum 20 beds spread across the 5 apartments of Ty Kabiten:
- Ground floor: 1 double bed 1 bathroom/toilet accessible to people with reduced mobility
- 1st floor: 2 double beds / 1 bunk bed / 2 sofa beds / 2 bathrooms / toilets
- 2nd floor: 2 double beds / 4 single beds / 2 bathrooms/toilets
The accessibility for people with reduced mobility
We were unable to push the walls, but we did our best during the renovation of Ty Kabiten, to make it accessible to as many people as possible:
- We built the "bridge", meeting PMR standards to allow access to the ground floor.
- The ground floor bedroom is equipped with electric relaxation beds.
- The bathroom is equipped with a handle nest to the toilet, a shower seat, and a sink, which allows it to be used by a person in a wheelchair.
- Part of the kitchen surfaces has been lowered slightly and the shelves underneath are removable, which also allows use by a person in a wheelchair.
Ease of parking
Ty Kabiten has a garden on the street side which can be closed, with 5 parking spaces, 2 of which are equipped with sockets for electric cars.
Its location in the town centre means it is close to many public car parks:
- Cemetery parking: 150 spaces 100m away
- Town hall and market square parking: 200 spaces 100m away (blue zone in summer)
- Stadium parking: 500 spaces 600m away
- Wilson car park: 300 spaces 500m away
